Passed and signed into law in late 2020, AB1963 along with The Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act established that “mandated reporters” now include certain restaurant supervisors and human resources employees that supervise minors in the workplace of a business with 5 or more employees.
We will join Legal Center Partner, Lukas Clary with Weintraub Tobin, to discuss how this law affects restaurants and the training requirements set forth in the legislation.
